The River City Players are calling all actors with or without experience.   We will hold auditions for its Thirty-Fifth Anniversary Season spring comedy on Wednesday, February  7th; Thursday, February 8th and Monday, February  12th, 2018.  Auditions will be held at the Trails Regional Library in their meeting room downstairs. Please enter through the backdoor for auditions. The Library is located at 1008 Main Street, Lexington, MO 64067.

Auditions will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Note: The Library closes at 7pm. Please enter through rear entrance for auditions.

If the Lexington R-5 School District cancels their classes due to weather (ice or snow) on any of the listed RCP auditions dates, auditions will be cancelled for that evening as well.
The audition process is informal. It will consist of cold readings from the script. Actors auditioning may read for one or more parts. RCP welcomes all to audition with or without previous theater experience. A "read only" cutting of the script may be viewed on the Samuel French, Inc. website for those would like more information and character details about the shows.

RCP is also looking for crewmembers with or without experience to help with back stage and set building responsibilities.
Play dates are April  20-21 and April  27-28, 2018.  Sharon Propst will direct the production. For more information, please contact RCP Board Member: Sharon Propst (816) 877-7114.
